2. How do I know what size to choose?

We recommend checking the size guide found on each product page.
Our Apex Oversized Tee has a relaxed fit, so if you’re between sizes and prefer a cleaner silhouette, go one size down or sticking to your regular size. Our Stealth Technical Shorts fit true to size with a comfortable stretch.

3. Are the clothes suitable for all sports?

Yes. Zirah Athletic pieces are designed for versatility across multiple disciplines including:

  • NOT suitable for Brazilian jiu Jitsu/Wrestling (we are developing a BJJ/MMA variant)

Our clothes are designed with unrestricted movement and coverage in mind making them ideal for wide range of activities.

4. Can I wear Zirah Athletic products for prayer?

Absolutely.
All of our products are designed with modesty, movement and coverage in mind.
The Stealth Technical Shorts sit below the knee to respect awrah boundaries, while still allowing full flexibility.

*Note: We get a lot of brothers asking about what is permissible to be worn during prayer, tight leggings + Shorts or a tight fitting top still shows your awrah, we urge you to seek knowledge and ensure you have correct attire for prayer

5. Do you offer charity donations or community support?

We believe being successful in business means nothing, if you're not giving back to the community that raised you. Therefore we donate a percentage of monthly revenue to charity and local programs. If you have a cause that you'd like us to consider, please contact us via instagram.

6. What materials are the clothes made from?

Our products use a premium blend of:

7. How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically take 2–4 working days.
International shipping times vary depending on location, usually 5–10 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information straight to your email.

Shipping rates and times vary and are shown at checkout.

9. What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date as long as the item is:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original packaging

If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, reach out to our support team and we’ll handle it quickly.

10. How should I wash my Zirah Athletic gear?

For best longevity:
• Wash at 30°C
• Avoid tumble drying
• Do not bleach
• Wash inside-out to protect fabric technology

Yes. The Apex Tee and Stealth Technical Shorts are only our beginning.
